Journey Through a Forest | 20 Minute Guided Visualization Meditation

This 20-minute visualization meditation is perfect way to relax while being guided on a journey through a forest. You will be cued to use all 5 senses as we embody the characteristics of trees, peacefully watch a creek, and visualize ourselves as mountains. This meditation aims to generate feelings of grounding and relaxation. Many find guided visualization a great introduction to meditations due to the immersive experience and story-like progression.
